So, I doubt this is the right place to ask for assistance, but I have been searching for someone else experiencing the same error messages as me and I have only found it on this forum.
We rolled back the server from a failed windows update and had to re-register a new EFI boot record to get the thing working again. It was a long day.
Currently when running updates, they fail, when running dism it returns the error "Class Not Found". The CBS Logs point to "CbsSessionOptionRepairStoreCorruption". I have tried many things to get the class registered again in registry editor, but alas I have failed. I can attach CBS and DISM Logs as well as a capture from ProcessExplorer to help with tracking down the issue. I just don't know of a way to repair the Servicing Stack or the Repair Store in windows. I've never needed to do it before.
Things that did not work:

Things that did not work:
- In-Place Upgrade, the upgrade failed and it rolled back to the version in the post
- All Dism and SFC and SFCFix commands return "Class Not Found"
- Windows Update is broken too
- Using Regsvr32 and /register to register the applications in the winsxs folder, system32, syswow32, and the ServicingStack folder resulted in no changes
