Solved Does Acrobat DC For Windows 11 Really Exist?

After I'd carefully deleted Acrobat and I thought I'd downloaded and installed what I was told was Acrobat DC, I found I once again had Acrobat.

In the process I believe I may have gotten infected with McAfee. I don't see it Settings>Installed Apps. Is this sufficient or do I need something to more to check for it?

At 85 I am too old to be subjected to this BS.

I will go back and remove Acrobat again. Next I will download the simple version of Foxit and hope for the best unless there is a better solution. All I want to do is read PDF files without a nag screen from Acrobat.

You need to pay careful attention when installing apps that there isn’t a checkbox marked that you’re agreeing to install extra software.

The McAfee issue needs addressed & to be removed.

Scroll down on THIS PAGE until you see the following text:

OPTION 2 - Remove using the McAfee Product Remoal Tool
And click on it to expand the instructions. The link to downoad the removal tool is in that section.
Download the tool, follow the steps and get back to us.

Adobe Acrobat Pro & Adobe Acrobat DC, are a full featured PDF software that is a paid software on a monthly subscription.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free PDF Viewer software that has some advanced features but is basically a PDF reader/viewer software.

Actually I think you might have to click, hold and select the chosen icon. I’m used to doing it on my iPad, so..
