Does Core-i3 Broadwell-U really use hyperthreading or is quad-core?

CPU-Z reports 2 cores and 4 threads, which means hyperthreading. But the threads have the same load graphics and can be loaded to 100% independently, which I have never seen in hyperthreading.

So, is it really hyperthreading or the CPU is quad-core?

If you look at CPU-Z it does show total cores as 2 and Threads as 4.

Are you asking why hyperthreading acts like 4 cores?
I am asking if the hyperthreading is misreported and actually it has 4 cores because all the threads have similar load graphics under all software and can be independently loaded to 100%

No even Microsoft specs for the CPU says it has 2 cores.

Then why the graphics are such? I had Core i5 Sandy Bridge and could not load all 4 threads to 100%. Also, load plots of even and odd threads differed in all software.
