I found it in the temp folder, i did install treesize though today which is made using .net

It is common for apps (and windows) to create all kinds of files that go to the temp folder..If you try to understand the why of each and every one of them, you'll drive yourself nuts. It is as it states...temp... temporary...safe to remove if it bothers you.
Personally, I couldn't care less about what I have in that folder.

Do you have a printscreen with file details? what is the extension of the file?
Treesize and paint.net both are installed, but i have no file called like that on my systems.

Speaking of trial, I did install a trial version of treesize so maybe because of that.
