Good Day Everyone

I've buildt my first real rig,, but of this failure I won't get rid : )

No, but seriously:

All I have - till now - is the BSOD upon, and the Data from BlueScreenViewer... led me here at least.

What did I try: Chkdsk, Memory Checks (OCCT, Windows), installing Windows 11 and much more.
Long story short: I don't believe it's the Hardware causing this issue.

I would be very pleased for any kind of help.

Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2070)

No, this isn't a hardware issue, it will because a driver is failing to respond to a bus enumeration request in time. This is going to be difficult to debug because of who completes the request but I suspect that your rtp_filter.sys driver may be causing issues. It looks like its a file system filter driver and those are notorious for causing funky problems.

Could you please open an elevated command prompt and enter the following commands:

Code:
sc qc rtp_filter
sc query rtp_filter

Please post the output in your next post.

The debugging reported:

rtp_filter rtp_filter c:\windows\system32\drivers\rtp_filter.sys

This driver is related to Avira software.

The log files were cluttered with problem reports from Avira.
Please uninstall this software.

The Avira Security Updater service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Avira Security Updater service to connect.

The Avira Phantom VPN service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 5000 milliseconds: Neustart des Diensts.

The Avira Optimizer Host service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: Neustart des Diensts.

On this new rig other findings were controller errors.

The embedded controller (EC) returned data when none was requested.
The BIOS might be trying to access the EC without synchronizing with the operating system.
This data will be ignored.
No further action is necessary; however, you should check with your computer manufacturer for an upgraded BIOS.

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort3.

It does seem possibly related to Avira from what I could find. Once you've run the removal tool, then I would suggest opening an administrative command prompt and then entering the following command:

Code:
fltmc filters

Please post the output in your next post but I mostly just want to check that the rtp_filter.sys driver is no longer listed there. If it is, then I can provide additional instructions on how to remove it safely.

I deinstalled Avira, but the Problem remained. I could deinstall it again - if you say so - but baically i think it of no use.

Thanks, please run the following script below, please note that the script will request to reboot the system, so please ensure that you have everything saved and have closed all your applications before running.

FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
1. Download the attached fixlist.txt and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
2. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
3. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
4. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.

Afterwards, please also check that the driver is missing using the fltmc filters command as mentioned earlier.

let the system restart normally ...hmmm ... it sure didn*t do that, but that's not where I see the trouble now:
It looks like the program terminatet itself after "rebooting", as ment: It wasn't a clean reboot
What I got I attach and post

What do you mean by the file name is different? The driver is now gone at least so I would continue to use the system as you normally would.

I'm not sure why you've attached the same file from earlier? The new file would have been fixlog.txt; fixlist.txt would have been overwritten with that when you ran the FRST fix script.

It will terminate itself because it needs to reboot the system, I deliberately wrote a reboot into the script and the file should exist so I'm not sure what happened there. In either case, it looks like it was successful otherwise the driver would have still been listed, so I would continue to use the system as you normally would, and then upload any dump files if the system crashes again.

Yep, I would say, problem solved.
I deinstalled the Software - this time properly (Reg's and everything) disconnected the LCD with the first "reboot"; and it works!

I think all that's left to do is one thing!
Saying: I'm Sorry. The GPU wasn't all too cheap, so I didn't want to admit it was her fault. Afterall I wanted this mashine to work properly... But Stability comes before a fancy LCD-Mini-Display ... i guess : )

Anywho: I also have to thank you all for your great expense to help me out and make this work and I think we'll see us sooner rather than later in the Software Section xD
