Dual-boot Linux Mint and Windows 11 Pro requiring new Bitlocker key every time I open Windows

I have just purchased the Windows 11 Pro version (had Windows 11 Home) for the sole purpose of Bitlocker encryption ability for a portioned hard-drive to for dual-boot (Linux Mint latest version).

I have to use Windows to access emails requiring a FIDO key, and when I specify in the GRUB menu to go to Windows I have to enter the Recovery Key to obtain access.

What's worse is that I then have to reset the Bitlocker Recovery (spitting out a new Identifier and Recovery Key) to printout / write down (which is preceded by the requirement of having to access the Command Prompt to run a de-encryption so that Windows 11 Pro doesn't freeze up after 30-seconds), before having to re-encrypt again (taking ~ 14-hours).

I only have C-drive encrypted using Bitlocker with 3 x separate partitions for the Linux Mint's root, swap and home (with home encrypted using LUKS encryption) so that there is no potential for one OS to access the other's folders and files.

Does anyone know that if the cause of the above is because I downloaded additional Linux applications, and/or because of some additional conflict, and/or some other reasons and if there are fixes to ensure dual-boot is stable/reliable?

Dual boot and Bitlocker don't/won't play nice. Every time you boot into Linux the SRTM values for the TPM integrity checks will change and then Windows / bitlocker will see this as an integrity failure which == recovery screen
