The .exe and .dll should be from the same build as below.
This might not be the reason why Desktop Window Manager crashed but that signals an issue with your installation.



Please run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Hopefully that should help.

Update you graphics card driver.
