Edge > Quick links and Favorites not syncing (among other stuff)

I moved to Edge 103.0.1264.37 from Firefox from Chrome. have an Office 365 sub, so figured wth, they (MS) probably know everything already. Reason to scrap FF was its performance.

Don't mind using Edge, but I notice it is not syncing as well as any of my other recent browser choices. In fact i am actually thinking it may have deleted links as well.
So the most irritating thing is despite leaving sync on the Quick links field keeps resetting. Every time I change computer, which I do frequently, several times a week.
And it resets to Booking.com, Linkedin, and other stuff I hardly ever use.

Tried resetting profiles, re-importing bookmarks and the usual things.

Any ideas?

(Please refrain from "get a better browser", I know there is...)

Am I alone with these issues?

FF is my main browser and it syncs perfectly. I also use Edge, but instead of regular Edge, I use Edge Canary. I have not noticed any issues with syncing. I do not use quick links but my favorites, history, and settings stay in sync.

May I ask what issues you had with FF?

Firefox was mostly slow. And then the report about data compliance surfaced a few months ago, so by then I had already changed.

Edge Canary?

I use both Edge Dev and regular Edge. Both synch without an issue.

This does not replace regular Edge. I have both on my system.

Thanks, but I rather not use an Insider version. At least not on my main machines.
