I'm pretty sure there are no GUI context menu editors with anything close to comprehensive coverage. You could try one of those that @glasskuter mentioned. There can be problems if you try to use more than one, because there are various different methods to remove some items. (Particularly the items that only appear with 'show more options') This can mean that one program will make a change that another doesn't recognise.some entries are not editable by 3rd party tools.. It would be helpful if you told us what exactly you want to remove. Many of us use the registry.
A reasonably safe approach would be to run one or more, to see what it offered, but not to actually apply the changes. This will enable you to identify the items you can't figure out how to change. The most likely problem entries will be ones that appear in the new Windows11 context menu underneath the properties menu item. Tutorials on this site will tell you how to remove entries for well known Microsoft apps such as Photos, and the new Paint and Notepad. After that you may get stuck. Then ask here, but as @glasskuter asks you, we will be far more likely to be able to help if you take screen shots of both the new and traditional menus. And please mention what file type(s) show the entries.
