Hello to all
i give online trainning and i wanted to buy a ultrawide monitor that usually can split the screen in 2.
altought they are expensive so i am thinking about buying non ultrawide monitor and try to emulate having to screens....

so basically in microsoft teams i want to be able to share a "virtual monitor", not an area of the screen. like this i would show on that virtual screen the powerpoint or any other data i want just by draggins. one of the reasons i would like to have dual virtual monitor is to have in powerpoint my presenter notes in one screen and the presentation in full screen in the 2nd virtual one.

in my laptop screen i would see the persons that are online....

i am thinking of buying samsing m7 43'' ....any solution or i really must buy a ultrawide like g9 for example? thank you in advance

One of the features I really want is to share two screens at same time (bi-directional sharing), but it just is not possible. MS spend vast amounts of effort on Teams- all superficial claptrap mostly and ignore an obvious simple feature that would be brilliant.

So, I do not think it is possible to do what you want even if you do get a wide monitor - that is because Teams is so restricted.

The only think I can think off that might help is to use the virtual screens feature within Windows so you can easily flip flop between different views.

What I have seen people do is have their presentation notes in one window and the "virtual screen" in 'focus mode' of their Meetings App (Teams, Zoom, or otherwise).
do avoid the maximum wires !
Some monitors have a cable tidy built into the monitor. If not, you can get Velcro cable tidys that do virtually the same job. They are quite cheap.
