Hi. This Beelink min. win 11 pro, current ver.,

Occasionally mouse will not move then pointer be found elsewhere, same can be occasionally seen in keyboard type a key, characters one second later. Then all is fine.
"latency"

Found: Task mgr > mem (previously 8 gb ram, 92% mem usage, add 8 gb matching ram, task bar, shows 40 - 50% ram used

Still occasional latency (both pre & after new mem install)

Suspect malware, Run full scans Bitdefender total, MBAM, Emsisoft rescue, Tigsz'y root kit tool. - all clean

Are your mouse and keyboard usb or bluetooth? I know nothing about a Beelink or if it has more than one USB header. If it does, and mouse and keyboard are connected to the rear usb header, move them to the front usb ports to see if it solves the problem. If it solves the problem, it would point to a problem with the rear usb headers.

Disconnect all other external peripherals to see if the problem goes away? This includes anything you have connected thru a usb port.
This eliminates any interference from another external device being the cause.

If neither of those suggestions points to the cause., Put your machine in a clean boot state and test. As crazy as it sounds, you may have some 3rd party software causing the problem. Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 11 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts Tutorial

I had similar issues on my Lenovo laptop with similar specs what sorted it for me was to install the latest chipset drivers.

The issue disappeared straight away for me as they update a usb driver. I use both trackpad internal Keyboard and quite a lot wireless leyboard and mouse.

Thanks for the responses; I believe it is now solved. Latency in a machine can have many different causes, & come out of nowhere. Having a date
when noticed, to recollections when problem did not appear. Gave me a starting point OS. Since 'latency' was present & not. Troubleshooting
see if all is well at OS. sfc /scannow.

What was interesting was, watching mem graph at 'task manager' latency occurred almost rhythmically, when it was latents time to show, mouse keyboard, stopped working, then start working, then 5 min later latent. Like clockwork, interruptions to OS interfered with 'latent's' appearance on schedule.

Just watch ~ latent in 5min, interrupt cycle (os sign in/out win), 5 min clock resets for latent
