Error message when booting win 11 instalation usb

Win 11 HomeAcer Aspire A515-54G
I have been given an acer aspire 5 515-54g-58qg. The ssd hard drive has been over written with 0's and formated using aomei partition assistant.
I now cannot boot from USB all I get is error message telling me to repair the machine (photo 1) but as it will not boot I am stuck
I have taken hdd out and put it in an enclosure and connected to another laptop and it shows as healthy. Any help will be appreciated

I suggest you build the USB Win 11 23h2 installation drive using MCT

Then do a Clean install

Windows can be installed in two ways: Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT
To install as Legacy-MBR you must boot the installation drive as Legacy
To install as UEFI-GPT you must boot the installation drive as UEFI.

As you have a UEFI BIOS, you should install as UEFI-GPT
Detach any other drives (SATA or Power cable) from the MB.

During POST, press F12(?) to launch the boot menu. You will see two options for the USB drive. USB UEFI (Name) and USB (Name). Select USB UEFI (Name) to install as UEFI-GPT.
Go to install and delete ALL partitions on the main drive till you have one and only one unallocated space and then proceed.

If you want to use a local account What is "oobe\bypassnro"

Welcome to the forum. Once your installation media is created insert it and start the machine. As soon as your see the Acer name on your screen, hit F12. This brings up your boot menu. From the menu that pops up, select your usb drive as your boot device. The install process should start. Follow this tutorial to clean install windows.

Only choice I have is USB hdd : general udisk

Use Qemu Simple Boot to see if USB bootable.

Download Qemu Simple Boot v1.3

Qemu Simple Boot uses Qemu which is a generic and open source machine emulator and virtualizer, just imagine you have an iso file , to test it you first need to burn it to a disc , waste of time and Disc there is a easy way just use Qemu Simple Boot

Thank you for all your ideas, after spending hours on Google I found some one else who had the exact problem and he redownloaded the iso used rufus to create the bootable USB, I have done the same and I am now halfway through installing windows. Thanks again for all your help 👍
