Solved Ever seen these file folder contents before? I am on 24H2 26100.2605.
Apparently, I copied them from somewhere, but I can't remember why. Most of the folders are empty and unchanged, maybe a backup of MS Edge?

If you have an image backup, just delete the folder as it does not belong root of the C: driver.
