Good day,
I hope you can help me to save my W11, because the system is fresh, customized and all programs are installed.
In the attachment you can see that all icons have disappeared.
It was probably me, but not sure what went wrong. I did the following in the registry:
-Remove “Open with Visual Studio” from Folder Context Menu, for this the folder AnyCode must be deleted
KEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell\AnyCode
-Remove AMD Context menu, a new key must be created for this purpose
-Activate window by mouse over, default 500ms, I have reduced it to 100
I can't think of any other settings. I also did not do anything like “Remove link arrow”.
I have undone the last two changes. One program, Windhawk, changes the design of the taskbar, but this program ran for a week without any problems. I turned it off without any improvement.
Also the task manager is not appearing (ctrl+alt del, nor taskbar right click).
W11 Enterprise, 10.0.26100
Many thanks,
mrspec
EDIT: Explorer restart no help, cmd -> taskkill /f /im explorer.exe && start explorer.exe
