Solved ExplorerPatcher weather app problem

Hi, I have this problem on the ExplorerPatcher weather app, each day when I turn the laptop on, the weather app is like this.... and the only way to get it to work ic by clear local weather widget local date, which is a lot hassle every day.
Any one got any clues/ fixes? Thanks ...... Rod

Do you get the same issue using the Windows version on its Widgets?

Hi Mate, that is the problem @hdmi I have to do that every time I start my computer

Better than any other option....

Go here... The Weather Channel ...and just type in your zip code.
Then click the three vertical dots and delete Pittsburgh.
Then bookmark that page or make a URL shortcut for that page... and put the shortcut where ever you want.

I've never done it... but you can also set it to anywhere in the world. It's not just USA.

For locations outside the US, just type city and state or city and country, etc.
For example... here's London, England

If you have some sort of zip code, that may work as well.

You can also set it to more than one location, of course.
That will give you "tabs" for the different locations.

Looks like Google currently no longer presents a weather widget for me every time when I navigate to the page in my browser. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. The reason why it matters is this:

In fact, it's exactly the same weather widget that Google presents in their search pages,

I am trying to sort out EP's weather app, not switch to widgets
