I didn't install anything new, have ssd and have only couple programs at startup and i have disabled startupdelay and system is on ssd, yet when i launch window, there is huge delay before programs start, it is super annoying. I did sfc/dism and repair update recently... Faststartup is disabled and hibernation, i do not want to enable these... Never had problem with this since Windows 10, but it is always something isn't it? I wouldn't bother, but i have to enter admit password each morning otherwise my programs startups time out and it is annoying launch them manually not to mention wait on programs start so i can watch my tv shows i am super drowsy...
