I think it was from here, but some kind soul sent me a link to his online collection of D'Alembert books. I finally got around to reading them and bop they vanished from my pc and I think it was partly my fault because a file transfer got corrupted. Hilfe. Help. I mentioned this in 10 F but no replies as yet.
