FF Blocked Chrome OK

When I try to access Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft using Firefox it is blocked by works perfectly using Chrome.
Can you help?

First step would be to clear you Cache in FFox. If that doesn't help, you need to clear the cookies for the Microsoft site (You could do them all, but you'll lose "keep me logged in" at some sites.

It could also be an extension you've installed. You can disable them if you know how, or just start FFox in Troubleshooting Mode.

Clear Cache:

Go to aboutreferences in FFox
Type "cache" into the search box
Click the option for "Temporary cached files and pages" (Only clear the cache for the first attempt to fix).
Exit FFox, Restart, test.

Remove Cookies for MS:

If that doesn't work, go back to aboutreferences and type "cookies" into the search
Click on Manage Data
Type "microsoft" in the search box. You should see the MS cookies listed.
Click "Remove all shown".


Disable Extensions:

It could also be an extension you've installed. You can disable them if you know how, or just start FFox in Troubleshooting Mode.

To start troubleshooting mode:

Go to the FFox Help menu
Choose Troubleshooting Mode...
Choose "Open" when the little pop-up appears at re-start (Not Refresh).
Exit FFox, Restart, test.
