I'm trying to remove the folder pins from File Explorer for an AD user via Group Policy. I know there's no actual Group Policy setting for this, so I'm essentially going to put together a login script, in Powershell which will modify the correct Registry Keys/Values. In attempting to do such things, I always apply a registry edit manually to test.
I was able to do this in Windows 10, but not in Windows 11. Is there a way? And if so, how? The end goal is to apply something through Group Policy, as I have 150+ computers in my network. Going to each machine is not an option.
