I've done all the suggested stuff I can find, but the switch accounts button in YouTube on Firefox (up to date, no ext./addons) just won't seem to work without several attempts. Happens with either of my pc's and doesn't happen with Chrome or Edge (neither of which I like to use), so it definitely seems related to Firefox. Don't know if there's any more that can be done (other than switching browsers), but ya never know unless ya ask.
