I played with browser.nova.enabled True and back Off and NOW the Free FF VPN has VANISHED from my Toolbar.
Used Hekasoft back to 9/10 and I'd SEE VPN for a second in the Toolbar and then it disappears.
Any Ideas?? Thanks!

If anyone has the patience ... My Free VPN Now goes to OFF whenever I close the FF Browser.
Any idea how to remedy this?

The free VPN in Firefox is closed when you close the browser since it's part of the Firefox browser.

You could try to minimize browser instead of closing it and see if that works.

Maybe I am an unusual user but I generally use FF full screen and just switch between tabs. I generally do not have more than a half dozen tabs open. I don't really spend that much time bouncing around the net. I generally close a tab if I am not actively using it.

I do the same.
Normally I run four tabs, all the time. Occasionally a fifth or a sixth.
I only run one FF window, 99.9% of the time.

But I never run FF or any browser full screen.

This update also axed the ability to switch between Bookmarks/History, when using legacy sidebar [CTRL+B]. Forced to use separate shortcut for History [CRTL+H] 🤢
