Fix for Desktop Drop Shadows

I was still trying to figure out why drop shadows kept coming back and after all the ideas I found, none of them seemed to work. Recently, after re-booting, and drop shadows were off, I moved the cursor down to the task bar and when the cursor fell on the task view icon the screen blinked and the shadows were back. I just removed the task view icon from the task bar, issue resolved (but not fixed).
