Solved Forced update today and now i can't boot up, after changing password no prompting anywhere

Today I was forced to update, and now I can't boot up to my computer after being forced to set a password, and now nothing. I changed password and said success, now i reboot and still the same thing asking me to change password, and before anyone tells me open this and try this i cant get to desktop. please help if you can its a new computer, i just got it

I see your mouse pointer .... if it moves, try clicking in the middle of the screen to see if the little box shows up for your password or Pin to type in.

I am under the assumption it was set up using a MS account. Is that correct?
That be so,
You MUST know your MS account password. Using another computer or your phone login to Microsoft on the web. Login to make sure your password works there. If it doesn't you will be able to change it there. Make sure you write it down. It is case specific. Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft

Once you have a KNOWN good Microsoft account password. Try to login to your computer again using the password that successfully logged in to your MS account online.. If you still can't login to your PC, you can reset your PC.

Turn off the computer. Hold down the shift key and keep it held while turning computer on. It should bring up the recovery screen.
Select Troubleshoot
Select Reset this PC
Select Reset and remove everything. Once completed, the computer will be just like it came out of the box. You will have to set it up again.

I never set up with an account, but after the update it says my password needs to be changed and to make a disk, done this a few times now, and when it hits 100% you think it is going to load up to dsktop and no its stays the same, when i reboot it goes back to the exact same thing, no problems prior to updating this morning, now i cant get past this no matter how many times i do it.

you may have to post a video clip. what you're describing... i've never seen it before. so you CAN change your password and it says successful after typing your old and new password (new x2)? if so what is immediately after the change confirmation?

Forgive me all, I do not know how you reply to a message
I did not have to sign in till that update this morning, it just booted as normal, now the change password wizard is all i get and no metter how many times i go through the process after updating it still wont proceed to boot

Like i said, you can reset local user account password to blank using Hiren's BootCD which will help you login without that error message.

yes I did times 2 and it goes through the wizard saying completed 100%, i click finish and it seems to be laoding then stops and stays on the same thing

Does it boot ok into Safe Mode? I suspect there is something more than just a password issue here.

boot into recovery and use command prompt there to enable the built-in Adminstrator account. that way you can boot into windows and we can troubleshoot from there. probably start with uninstalling the most recent update (there was a KB that did this logon loop to server 2019 machines a few years ago. sounds very similar). once you get to the repair boot menu > troubleshoot > command prompt
type the following:

Code:

net user Administrator /active:yes

Code:

exit

then use the onscreen menu to boot back into windows

You can't enable the built-in Administrator account from recovery environment using net command.

How to boot into recovery mode, when this is all i get, i tried the holding shift key on start up and done nothing, just this same screen over and over
as i said before i did not log in with an account on setup as it is just new

Could you please clarify one point for me?

One the screenshot you provided where it says that your password must be changed, what happens when you click on "OK" on that screen?

It should ask for your old password and then your new password (twice). Are you getting that successfully?

You can use Windows 11 installation media to boot the computer into recovery mode.
