Generally, the star trek items are rather "meh" as most are not even really anything to do with Star Trek.

The Borg one was just an extension of the original joke in the film, so not so "meh" as most but still a bit "meh".

The last Cardassian one was actually quite good but you would have to be a Star Trek DS9 fan to get it😁.

Yes, the absolute basic software with minimal GUI or without GUI can be as small as 230MB, but customers want an as easy to use as it gets GUI full with wizards, help files and others. Don't forget the target is Windows users, not hard-core CLI-only Linux geeks. Still I find 15GB too much, so it might need some "padding" after all.
