Can you link us the UK ruling on age verification? If someone has a Kiddie Alice & Jerry forum or a Spongbob forum age 6 through 12, would that require age verification?

I used to be able to log in to my tax account but it expires after 3 years and you need to set up again. Because of illness I can't drive and let my licence lapse at 70 and I also have never owned a passport. So the only way I can set up a new account would be to contact HMRC via telephone and I'm not doing that unless I really have to. Prefer to not waste my valuable time over the phone.

As for the rest it's Proton VPN.
