This looks like boiled chicken (not my favorite, I prefer it cooked differently), or even worse like fish. I would not eat that, if I had a choice.
PS: I thought it might mean "young chicken", but I asked Copilot about it to confirm. Here is the reply:

“Boiled half a chicken.”
The English line in the image (“boil half a child”) is just a humorous mistranslation —
con in Vietnamese can mean “child” in some contexts, but in food menus it refers to an
animal , usually
chicken .
Much like in English "kid" refers to a child but also to young goat. Compare in Greek παιδί is the child and παΐδι is the lamp chop. The difference is in the accent and diaresis. Funnier is written in plural, παιδάκια (children) vs παϊδάκια (lamp chomps) where the accent is at the same vowel and the only difference is the diaresis sign. If you miss the diaresis sign you can read (or even say) that you are eating children instead of lamp chops.
