When I worked i Paris, I used to get a sort of hybrid dish - base was crepe suzette but topping was pizza style (ham, bacon, chicken, mozzarella cheese etc.) and always had a fried egg in the middle. Was great any time of the day.
The crepe suzette made for a lighter base and you could roll it making it easier to cut and eat. A hint of lemon juice tingled it up as well.
I even made versions of it at home now and then (adding Indian spices was fun).
Mmmm so long ago since I last had one - I must try it again.

Looks like a mix of pizza, peinirli and fried egg (we call it "egg-eye" in Greek because it looks like an eye). I read that the original recipe contains only melted cheese and the egg. In the photo I also see peperoni, much better. I would like to try it.
