Solved Galaxy S10 shows as S1

In Settings>Bluetooth & Devices my Galaxy S10 is showing as Galaxy S1 I thought it was not showing end zeros but the A20 is showing correct. The phone say S10 in Explorer and everywhere else that isn't Bluetooth related

I thought I would try it again, it didn't work so I went the whole way and removed the device and reinstalled it and all is fine, thanks for giving me the clue

My iPhone 12 showed up as a bunch of numbers, had to do exactly the same, completely remove and reinstall

I was a bit reluctant to do that because of all the other things connected via phone and apps etc, it turned out to be the best thing I could have done as it was a bit messy, now it's all tidy and no doubling up. and best of all everything still works :ROFLMAO:

I have it but don't use it, I have Alienware Mobile Connect that came with the PC, I find nit much better @Edwin

@CornishRattler give it a good try, I think it is a brilliant app, don't forget to check for updates to it if you haven't updated for a while, I believe there is also a store app I had both on my system and had to delete one to get it to work properly

I just found the whole thing easier to set up, and quicker all the way round. I think the MS version was limited in what you could show picture wise and I had an old message on the MS that wouldn't delete even though it was gone from my phone

Yeah the Windows app doesn’t work with iPhones either, I use it on my work phone which is a Samsung but as the Multi National company gives out cr@p phones it didn’t have a lot of functionality
