I get blue screen reports in "windows error report" in de eventviewer but no actual physical bluescreens. How can this be? Why are there blue screen reports, but my PC does not crash to a bluescreen? I always get 11 of excactly the same bluescreen reports after starting windows. A few weeks ago i did have some teribble physical crashes, but after clocking down my RAM and installing the latest BIOS firmware, i did not have any physical crashes anymore.

Even though you get no physical blue screens, error reports generate logfiles. @zbook can help you with that. However you will need to follow these instructions to gather your logs, put them all in a folder, zip the folder and upload it to any cloud provider. Post a SHARED link to the uploaded zip file in this thread. BSOD - Posting Instructions
I believe it would be helpful if you would state what over clocking you have imposed.

It looks like the problem is solved. In the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue were two files that always put older errormessages back in the eventlogs. So they were older messages that got not erased properly. I removed the files and no more errormessages. Thanks!
