My computer's been acting strange. I've had issues with bluetooth, I've had issues with the computer randomly freezing, and I've had occasional error boxes saying there was an issue assigning memory toa particular location or something. I ran windows defender (full scan), and I downloaded both malwarebytes and the windows malicious software removal tool. None of them detected any issues.

I've tried running sfc, initially from the admin account on my computer, and then from command prompt at boot. I ran it four times at boot, and each time it said it encountered issues and fixed them. I've attached an sfc log to this post.

After this I tried using the DISM command Repair-WindowsImage -Online -CheckHealth from command prompt, but it said "ImageHealthState : Healthy"

I tried running chkdsk, but it didn't find any issues with my drive.

I've tried running memtest86 but it showed no issues with my memory.

I'm using a samsung SSD, I looked at S.M.A.R.T. in samsung magician and there were no issues.

I've also tried using the media creation tool from windows to make a usb, and I used this to repair windows. I selected the option that let me keep my programs and files.

However, after all of this I'm still getting weird behaviour and the occasional freeze up on my computer, and sfc /scannow always finds issues.

System: Windows 11 Pro 24H2

Welcome to the forum. I suggest you would best be served if you open a thread in the support section. This is the tutorial section and posts usually involve only the tutorials, not individual computer issues. What say you @Brink Can you move it or does he need to do it himself?

There you go @NumberTwo. Our man Brink is always on the ball. He did it for you.
From looking at all you've done to troubleshoot this, and the fact you say SFC fixes the issues every time. (Howeverm you don't say if the issues are the SAME every time), I see only a few other possibilities you haven't addressed. A repair install would not have fixed the following issues if they are present as a repair install only repairs Windows.

1. If you are using any third party app that alters the GUI, uninstall it. If that fixes the issue see if the app provider has updated the app.

2. Perform a clean boot to eliminate software conflict causing the issue. If it doesn't happen in a clean boot, you have some software conflicting
with Windows. Brink's procedure will help you weed out which one. Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 11 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts Tutorial

3. There can be corruption in your user account. Create another LOCAL account with admin privilidges to test with. If the issue is not present in the new account, YOUR account has a problem. If that proves to be the case report back and we can tell you the proper way to migrate your data into the new account.
