I had to delete goggle because of YAHOO hijacking GOGGLE curious can I recover the goggle and information that i deleted?

Google and Yahoo are online apps. They are not Installed on your computer system, other then Google Chrome browser.
You can have more than one browser, (ie) Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox ets, it depends on which one you would like set as your default browser.

Please explain where you are seeing this and what you trying to do?

You can have both Google and Yahoo, it just depends on which one you want as your default home page in your browser.
Yahoo may have taken over the Default Home page and Search Engine.

You can easily change Google to be the Default.
