So, I had the AMD Radeon RX 580. My brother ended up upgraded and he gave me his EVGA GeForce gtx 1660 super. Any thoughts?

I'm getting some screen tearing and I can't seem to fix it

Edit: Seemed to fix this problem by turning on Hardware Acceleration in Firefox. . . I was only getting screen tearing in Firefox, but not Chrome or anywhere else.
