I have a strange problem after upgrading to Windows 11 on one of my laptops (an Asus ExpertBook). When I try to connect an HDMI or 3.5" audo after I have logged into Windows they are not detected (no 2nd monitor, no headphones audio). If I leave them plugged in and reboot, then they are detected. So why are they not detected if I plug them in after login (like USBs are)? This works on my other PCs. Tried reinstalling drivers withot luck. Is there any service or task that need to run or be set up for detection when you connect HDMI or 3.5" audio? Kind of annoying to have to reboot to use new devices like this.
