First of all, excuse me for my bad english :/

Hi, I'd like to fix 2 issues I have with Windows 11 :
The first one is with the volume bar, when I click it, it takes 2 or 3 seconds to go from muted to my real sound position, it's not instant !!
Second one is, when I leave my cursor from my taskbar, it shows random info about sound, wifi, battery, applications etc, like if I was hovering them, but I'm not, and it's reallyyy annoying.. so if you guys know how to fix that I'd be really happy ! Thanks :)

No idea over the sound problem as it's instant here, maybe check you have the correct drivers, Win11 may have installed the wrong ones, perhaps get the ones from HP?
The second problem is an annoying known bug, just have to wait for Microsoft to fix it, hopefully on Tuesday!

I agree with @clam1952, this could be a driver issue. Check the manufacturer's website for the latest driver.

Alternatively, you could use Device Manager to use the Microsoft "generic" High Definition Audio Device instead of the one that is currently installed. If you use the Microsoft High Definition Audio Device, and the problem is resolved, then you will know it is a driver issue.

Open Device Manger , in Sound, video and game controllers double-click on your audio device. The device properties window opens. Select the General tab and check the Device status for error codes.
