Help Resolving PC Restarts When TV is Powered On

I recently connected my PC (which has been running without issue for several years connected to a Dell monitor) to my TV via HDMI and I am now noticing that it will restart when the TV is powered on*. I have tried looking at minidump files and logs in event viewer, but I cannot determine what exactly is causing the crashes and restarts.

I ran 8 passes (two full cycles) of memtest, 0 errors were found.
I have tired different HMDI ports on the TV.
I have clean installed Windows 11 (24H2).
I have removed display and audio drivers using the AMD Cleanup Utility and then reinstalled.

*Steps to reproduce (works ~90% of the time):
  1. PC is on and TV is on
  2. Power off TV
  3. Wait for 5+ minutes
  4. Turn on TV
  5. Switch to PC input
  6. PC output is visible on TV for about ~5 seconds
  7. PC reboots (no BSOD)
Can someone please take a look at the dump files and offer guidance?

32 GB RAM

Uninstalling the the audio driver (atihdwt6.sys) fixed it! After a reboot, windows installed a generic (I assume) driver.
