OS
Win 11
Hi to everyone... I would much appreciate your help.

So I have:
1. One brand new Lenovo IdeaPad without OS, to which I want to install Windows 11
2. One Android phone
3. One pendrive

I downloaded Win 11 ISO, and installed Ventoy from Play Store but I am having doubts how to configure install regarding Secure Boot option.

Ventoy app has Secure Boot Support option. It's off by default.

My laptop has Secure Boot enabled in its BIOS per default.

What I am supposed to do, should I:

1. Install Ventoy with Secure Boot Support checked?
Will that promp some more advanced steps during install?

2. Leave Ventoy install as it is and disable Secure Boot in BIOS?
Will that promp some problems?

3. Leave everything as it is?

Sorry to bother you... I just have this one pendrive and I am anxious to set everything up as easy as it could be done.

Thanks in advance.

If you are trying to create a Windows 11 installation USB then you do not need Ventoy or any other third-party utility.
Create Windows 11 Bootable USB Installation Media - ElevenForumTutorials

Personally, when creating a new installation USB, I use a shortened form of the tutorial's Option 3. Note my two assumptions [underlined]
  • I assume you have downloaded the ISO using Options 1 or 2 of Download Windows 11 ISO file - ElevenForumTutorials
  • Open two File explorer windows and arrange them side by side.
  • In the left-hand File explorer, format the USB as Fat32. It needs to be at least 8GB big and I assume it is not bigger than 32GB.
  • In the right-hand File explorer, double-click on the ISO file to "mount" it and it will show its contents as though it was a separate drive, a virtual disk.
  • Select all its contents & copy [drag & drop] them from the right-hand window into the USB window on the left.
  • When it's finished copying, right click on the disk [virtual disk] showing the ISO's contents & select Eject. You could reboot instead but Eject is simpler & quicker.
  • That's it. The job is done. You now have a Windows installation USB that you can boot from to run a Windows Clean install.

Before proceeding with
Clean Install Windows 11 - ElevenForumTutorials
consider backing up your drivers so you can, if necessary, restore them if you reinstall to the same computer in the future
Backup and Restore Device Drivers - ElevenForumTutorials

Where did you get your Windows licence from?
The ISO & installation USB will install Windows for you but will not activate it.
You need to have obtained a licence to activate it.

Best of luck,
Denis

Welcome to the forum. Maybe you can clear up a few things for me.
One brand new Lenovo IdeaPad without OS,
I do not understand. All new laptops come with an OS and that OS product key is embedded in UEFI bios. Unless you purchase a product key for a different version, you must install whichever version matches up with the embedded product key.

May I ask why you are using Ventoy to create your installation media. I'm not saying it won't work. I'm just curious why you went this route since Ventoy is normally used when one wants to have multi-boot usb.

What I am supposed to do, should I:

1. Install Ventoy with Secure Boot Support checked?
Will that promp some more advanced steps during install?

2. Leave Ventoy install as it is and disable Secure Boot in BIOS?
Will that promp some problems?
Either method should work. Just make sure both UEFI bios and Ventoy match up.

In this guide, you will learn the steps to use Rufus to download the ISO file and create a bootable media to install Windows 11 from scratch.

I suppose that the brand new Lenovo IdeaPad without OS meet the hardware requirements for Win 11.
I also suppose that the brand new Lenovo IdeaPad once had Win 10 or Win 11 so it has acquired a digital license and will activate if you install same version (Home or Pro) it once had.

Reset BIOS or load defaults.
Set Disk mode to AHCI, not RAID
Select OS mode = UEFI

Windows can be installed in two ways: Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT
To install as UEFI-GPT you must boot the installation drive as UEFI.

As you have a UEFI BIOS, you should install as UEFI-GPT
Detach any other drives from the MB.

During POST, press F12(?) to launch the boot menu. You will see two options for the USB drive. USB UEFI (Name) and USB (Name). Select USB UEFI (Name) to install as UEFI-GPT.
Go to install and delete ALL partitions on the main drive till you have one and only one unallocated space and then proceed.
If you want to use a local account What is "oobe\bypassnro"

Guys, I can't use Windows Media Creation Tool, cause I don't have other laptop or PC... Just this one...

And yeah, bunch of brand news IdeaPads in my market are shipped without OS, they only have FreeDOS.

And Yes, it support's Windows 11... It meets requirements.

Also, can't use Rufus... Ventoy is only app that allows me to make a bootable USB with my Android phone, without root, if I am correct.

If I understand, i need to match Secure Boot options in Ventoy and BIOS?
What's the preference here?

But what should I match before other?

To install Ventoy with Secure Boot Support on my pendrive or do it without but disable Secure Boot in BIOS?

I've read that with secure boot enabled I'm gonna need to enrol some keys or certificate for Ventoy, or something...

Just turn secure boot off on the computer. You can turn it back on after Windows 11 is installed, if you want. That's the simple answer.

I doubt it will have an embedded Windows product key. You will need a Windows 11 license as well.
