Hiding user photo and name from the title bar in MS Word and Edge

I will have to share my screen where I show Word files and browser tabs. My Microsoft 365 account name and my photo are always in the Word title bar. I know that for Edge I can just create a new profile but is there a way/workaround to hide it in Word while staying signed in?

i found this for word in office 365.
change entry in Registry Editor

then navigate to

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities\

change key "FriendlyName" to whatever you like

Awesome, thanks. I'm not à huge fan of messing with the registry but if that's the only option...

The account photo is just going to be changed, I guess,

The reg hack doesn't work for me! :nope:

I'd say, either sign out or, use presentation mode.
