Solved Horizontal lines after screen replacement? (fresh installation of W11)

Hi guys,

Recently I’ve sent my laptop to service to have my screen replaced. But now I notice some weird vertical lines.
I did also a fresh install of W11 so I am not sure if it’s a W11 bug or driver error?

Check the “reject” casette background, the green loading “line” and the background near the icons (and the icons itself, but can’t be seen here). It’s a weird vertical line texture.

Does anyone have any idea about this?

Do the lines appear on the manufacturers splash screen before Windows loads? Or boot to BIOS, do they appear there? If so, it's not Windows

Yes. If the lines already appear during hardware intialization it's the display itself has problem.
Hopefully it is still under warranty.

Thanks guys. They appear during boot. I’ll send it back…they broke it. They have to fix it.

If you have the problem again, it may be an GPU issue.
