How am I over Onedrive's 5GB backup limit???

Very confused here. How am I 3GB over the 5GB limit in onedrive backups when I'm using only 3.8GB?? Please check the screenshot below. Hope someone can help make sense of this idiotic confusion.

That's only showing content on that device. You should log into onedrive.live.com and see what else is up there.

Funny thing... after I deleted a file which went into the recycle bin, the amount of storage went down. Its strange cuz that gets counted too and the amount of storage shouldn't have changed.

Weird.. after I deleted a file which went into the recycle bin, the amount of storage went down. But the amount of storage shouldn't have changed... strange sh'it dude
