on Windows 11 Pro 21H2 (OS Build 22000.2176)

Right now both are the same.

Supposedly:

Starting with Windows 11 build 25336, if you have 2 or more discrete graphics adapters with no integrated graphics, you can now choose which of the discrete graphics adapters is considered high-performance.
But both my power modes are the same GPU; I would like to change this to a default for each mode. Right now I need to set each app manually.

I am sure that you would agree that the RX6400 saves power
