For example, in gmail if I reply to someone in an email it appears at the top of the chain with what I replied to at the bottom. A threaded conversation.
In outlook across the desktop app, windows app and web view version, even with messing with the conversations view turned on and off, and other settings, I cannot get it to display the way I would expect it to. Even AOL shows email better than outlook.
I either get a little heading saying I replied to this message, or I need to scroll up to see my reply. Why do I need to click so many things to see my reply to an email? Its infuriating.
I just want my reply to show at the top and the message I replied to beneath it as one page. Why is this so difficult?
