If you can't post it in English just compose the question in your native language and use Google Translate and post that question -- it's good these days -- really improved from even 1 year ago.

Go into your BIOS and enable it there.

It may have any one of these names: Intel Virtualization Technology, VT-x, Intel VT-d.
