Does the code go into CMD? Correct, and does it cover the entire C drive?

compact /c /i /q /f /exe:lzx /s:C:\But you should try standard compression first, it is as simple as ticking this box:
With LZX I would get 12-14GB, but it would have to be redone after every windows updates or extensive writes like that.
