How do I install Data Dedupe on Windows 11?

How can I install the data deduplication feature on Windows 11? I have tried the random cab files from the internet and none of them are for the right image version. I have extracted the binaries from a copy of Windows server (from the WinSxS folder), but I don't know how to install them.

Windows Version: 22H2 Build 22621.1105
Image version: 10.0.22621.1

P.S. Do not reply with the annoying comments, I will remove them.
