how do I know if my company needs a higher internet speed?

I work in a small company. We do everything in the cloud. The ISP we use tells me we should have 600 Mbs down and 35 Mbs up. I went on a speed test site and found we had 260 Mbs down and 40 up. How do I know if my service is not enough for my needs? Sure, you can say I'm paying for more than I getting, but let's go farther than that. If I don't really need 260 at this time, how will know when I need more? Is there a tool that can give me stats that show this for all machines, or for combined total of the same? Is there a real time monitor for this?

260 mbps is faster than most in UK get, and we manage quite happily. Unless you are downloading and uploading lots of files/data all day long, I doubt you will have a problem.
