Solved How, really, to re-create the Screenshots system folder

I managed to delete the Screenshots folder located in Pictures. Advice online on how to replace it is in error. For example, this post of only three months ago ignores the fact that Screnshots is a system folder and the non-system replacement does not have a Location tab in Properties. Can this Board do better than TheWindowsClub?

Options 1 & 2 failed me. The Screenshot folders I created did not have an associated location, which has been my major problem all along. Blessedly, the BAT file accompanying Option 3 did the trick; many thanks, @antspants (and @Brink).

My atempts to re-located that new, potent Screenshots folder to within the Photos folder located in OneDrive failed. Could well me my foolishness. In any case, I just left the new, potent Screenshots folder on the desktop and all is well.
