How to change MS 365 account tied to local user account

I have a user whose local Windows 11 account is tied to a Microsoft 365 account I do not want her to still have access to. Can I log her out of the old 365 account and log her into a new one without changing anything else in her local Windows 11 account?

You could use option four in the tutorial below to remove the account, but you'll have to be signed in to her account to do it.
