HOW to get 20 seconds , without pincode/password also

When using pincode and password for my local account ( also administrator ) it takes 20 seconds to login .
But after removing pincode and password , it takes about 70 seconds !
First my login-picture shows , then after 30 seconds I get a black screen for 40 seconds..........!!

HOW to get 20 seconds , without pincode/password also ???

Your authentication method shouldn't matter that much in the load speeds. When encountering unusual slowness it's a good idea to run some OS diag/repair commands

Run the following commands, if they report any issues they will attempt to repair. Reboot afterward

I would also search and remove malware with Superantimalware or Malwarebytes Antimalware utility. I am afraid that some malware tries to do stuff and the password was stopping it. Now without a password it sends/receives data, so it takes more time until it is done and resumes the login process.
