Yeah I get stuff like that on outlook.com login or really after login asking do I want to stay logged in check box and no are useless get the same crap every time :eyeroll:

It is no longer called Discover, it is now Show Bing Chat what is even worst is that it Opens on Hover and no option to disable Open on Hover.
Only option left is to just turn it off.
What is this stupid fixation MS has with Hovering?
