Actually, it didn't go to Network & Sharing Center in W10. The link you highlighted took you to Settings > Network & Internet > Status. You then had to scroll down to Advanced network settings and click another link before you got there.

Right-click Network and select Properties.
or click the ... (see more) menu and select Properties. Either of those take you direct to the Network & Sharing Center in W11.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October.

Yeah - the new network menus are disjointed and not intuitive at all. This is a classic example of "if it ain't broke, break it anyway".
